Prosimetric allegorical narrative of the adventures of prince Buland Akhtar, composed in 1051 (1641-2), by the poet Fānī Kashmīrī (d.1081/1671-2).

Written in a Nasta'liq hand, with pronounced elements of Shikasta in part, in black ink. Red ink used for section titles and to mark poetic genres.


Two-tone leather on pasteboard. Tooled border in green.
