[The ref. I 66/7 is to be deleted, since it should read p. 67 and is identical with the second ref. Or there may have been confusion with another MS or Nicollʼs index (Thurston 7) which is UAM. 116 (2) on p. 61, though this purports to be the complete commentary - is it a fact?]
