Summary of Contents: دیوان نفعی The poetical works of Nefi of Erzerúm, who flourished in the reign of Sultán Murad IV and was put to death, according to most authorities, in 1044/1634-5 (Hist. of Ottoman Poetry, vol. III, p. 252 foll.). See Rieu, B.M.T.C., p. 192 Ff. 1-60 comprise Persian qasidas, ghazals, and qit'as, beginning: The Turkish poems (ff. 62-214) begin: نگوید نشنود هر دو جز از توحید یزدانش دلم سرمست جام عشق و عقل كل زباندانش سلك تسبیح در سبع المثانیدر سوزم عقده سررشته راز نهانیدر سوزم Ff. 214 of 18 x 12.5 cm and 15 ll. Good ta'liq with rubrications. No colophon or date. Bought from J. J. Naaman in May, 1902.Title: Dīvān-ı NefʿīTitle: دیوان نفعیFf. 1-60 comprise Persian qasidas, ghazals and qit'as; the Turkish poems proper begin at f. 62.
