Incipit: الحمد لله رب العالمین والعاقبت للمتقین والصلوه علی رسوله محمد وآله اجمعین الطیبین الطاهرین حمزه معروف العرب والعجم کله دار ولایت دار السلام چنین آورده است که امیر المومنین حمزه رضي الله عنه بود – إلخ.
Explicit: رسول صلعم فرمود که نماز اینست که علی میگذارد آلهی ببرکت از نماز چنانکه رسول صلعم وعلي کرم الله وجهه میکرد جمیع مومنان ومسلمانان را روزی گردان وبحرمت شهادت امیر المومنین حمزه رضي الله عنه گناه همه گنه گاران بخشی.
