Incipit: یدلهم علیه و لا سفینه نجاه توسلهم الیه لانهم لم یصلوا الی مذاق اهل الحق و لو اهم و صلوا الی مذاقهم لعرفوا مذاقه حلوای تننانی تا نخوری ندانی… و انه خارج من ربقه الفرقه المحققه و الطایفه الحقه و رایت تلمیذه الجناب السید کاظم الرشتی… فی جمله من رسائله فقال فی رساله له ان شیخه جعل للناس میزانا و… له بانی عن هذا الفن قاصر و سمیتها بالبارقه الحیدریه… و رتبتها علی مقدمه و فصول و خاتمه… [مقدمه (۸پ)، فصول (۱۷پ-۹۷پ)، و خاتمه (۹۷پ-۹۹پ)].
Explicit: … و اتمث بقول المتنبی وهب ابی اقول الصبح لیلا ایعمی الناظرون عن الضیاء و الحمدلله… لو لا ان هدینا الله.
Colophon: و تصنیف هذه الرساله فیسنه ۱۲۵۵ و تحریرها بید الحقیر الفقیر محمد تقی الارومی سکن فی الحائر علی مشرفه السلام الکثیر فی شهر رمضان المبارک ۱۲۵۸ اللهم اغفر… والرحمه من الناظرین.

Apart from the two copies of Iran's Majlis, only one other copy has been reported by Āqā Buzurg, having been seen by him in Baghdād.
