Incipit: بسمله، حمد و ثنای بی عد آن خداوندیرا که این ایوان معلق آسمان برداشته و برافراشتهٔ حکمت اوست… اما بعد مدتی بود که در خاطر ای فقیر بی‌بضاعت… ابوسعید حسن بن حسین سبزواری… میگردید که در فضائل و معجزات حضرت سیدالانبیاء و اهل بیتش کتابی جمع کند و کثرت عیال و اشغال روزگار مانع میشد تا که اتفاق که مطلع شد درین فن بر کتابی که مشتمل است بر غرر فواید که شیخ‌الانام… محمد بن الحسین الحسن الکندری… تصنیف کرده بود و آنرا مباهج المهج نام نهاده از خدای تعالی توفیق خواست تا آنچه لب و خلاصه آن بود از آنجمله که شبهه را مجال در وی راه نباشد اختیار کردم… و این کتاب را بهجه المباهج نام نهاد و مفصل گردانیم.
