This copy begins with کتاب النکاح and continues to the end of کتاب الوصایا .

Colophon: قد تشرف بتحریر جلد الاوّل التحریر فی شهر جمادی الثانی عامر خمس و ستّین بعد الالف علی ید العبد الفقیر محمد صالح بن عبدالرحیم یزدی عفی… آمین یا ربّ العالمین.
