Commentary on Al-Ṭūsī's Taḥrīr al-Majisṭī by Niẓām al-Dīn al-Ḥasan ibn Muḥammad Nīsābūrī.

The author mentions in his introduction Maḥmūd bin Masʿūd al-Shīrāzī (محمود بن مسعود الشيرازي).
The work ends abruptly, but as the final leaf represents the second leaf of the ninth faṣl of the 13th maqālah, only two short faṣls are lost, equivalent perhaps to four or 5 leaves at the utmost.
The book is divided into 13 maqālahs and many faṣls.
The words commented upon are introduced by قوله, and those of the commentary by اقول, both rubricated.

Previously in the collection of Colonel George William Hamilton (1807-1868) who served in India from 1823 to 1867, latterly as Commissioner of Delhi. He acquired over a thousand Indian and Persian manuscripts, from which the British Museum selected 352, now held in the British Library; his bookplate on the back paste-down: "Hamilton MSS. No. 93".
