The text of the book is in red with commentary in black. It is divided into the western chapters.

The text is different from the Bible Society edition. According to a note at the end, the book was translated from Greek into Latin, thence into Arabic, thence into Syriac.

Extent: 115 ff., of which ff. 1-2 are blank.

Condition

A leaf is lost after f. 2.

Written in a good E. Syriac script of about the 18th century in red and black.

Binding

Bound in Cambridge in quarter leather.

Acquired for the SPCK by George Percy Badger and presented to the Library in 1887.
