Eighteen leaves are lost and many others misplaced by the western binder who repaired the ms.

Written in a fine formal serto hand in a village near Melitene in Cappadocia in 1011 CE or perhaps 1061 CE (the date in the colophon being hard to make out).

Binding

Binding in full polished leather with blind tooling, repaired by a western binder.
