Written in two different hands: ff. 3v-54r according to a subscription on 54r, by a Deacon Yaʿqub an Armenian from Hamadan; and ff. 54v-58v by a priest Yeshuʿ brother of Metropolitan Karas in 2044 AS = 1732/3.

Bound in cloth in Cambridge.
