Written in a clear but sprawling serto hand dated 1990 AS ( = 1678 CE). The scribe gives the name of his teacher Isḥaq son of Mqisheya ʿAzar and Mosul as the place of writing.

Bound in quarter leather and cloth in Cambridge.
