The leaves are mostly bound on guards, and some are misplaced. Fol. 65 is missing except for one corner. Leaves are wanting after f. 133 and at the end.Hand(s)
The colophon on f. 138v states that the manuscript was finished on 24 January 1996 AS = 1685 CE in Gazarta on the Tigris.
