Dated colophon (f. 95v): completed by ʿAbd al-Raḥīmin Shāhjahānābād, morning of 16 Rabīʿ al-Avval in RY 21 (?) of Emperor Muḥammad Shāh(1152)/23 June 1739, written at the request of Miyān Ghulām Nabī, and submitted for correction to Miyān Lād Khān.

Rare treatise collecting the dicta of Saʿd al-Dīn Kāshgharī(d. 860/1456), master or murshid of the great Ṣūfī and poet, Mullā Nūr al-Dīn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān Jāmī(d. 898/1492), mainly on the subject of tavajjuh or instinctive thinking toward God.
Dated colophon (f. 137v): completed by ʿAbd al-Raḥīm, 28 Muḥarram in RY 17 of Emperor Muḥammad Shāh, (1147?)/30 June 1734.

Untitled note giving instructions for the performance of ablutions and elective prayers, mentioning the name of a certain Amīn Khān.

Brief treatise commenting on the Ṣūfī mnemotechnical phrase, hūsh dar dam va khilvat dar anjuman, with the aid of quotations from the Qurʾānand Ḥadīs̲, by an unnamed author.

Item h.
Treatise epitomising Naqshbandī Ṣūfī doctrine by a certain Ḥusayn ibn Ibn Yamīn al-Ḥusaynī. Although little is known of this author, Arberry suggests he flourished in the sixteenth century.
The work is divided into three sections termed aṣl.
Dated colophon (f. 160r): completed by Sayyid Muḥammad ʿĀdil Gardīzī Sarhindī, Thursday, 5 Jumādá al-S̲ānī 1083/28 September 1672. This is followed by a medical prescription for bleeding haemorrhoids and other conditions.
Scribal nastaʿlīq becoming course towards the end.
This item is particularly damaged by prominent clusters of wormholes.
