Dated colophon (f. 58v): completed by Karīmbakhsh (written as unlinked initials: KRYMBKhSh) on 2 Jumādá al-S̲ānī 1245/29 November 1829.

Unidentified treatise commenting on the ghazals of the poet Ḥāfiẓ Shīrāzī, endorsed on the first page (f. 111r) as Sharḥ-i baʿz̤ī ashʿār-i Khvājah Ḥāfiẓ-i Shīrāzī, by Mīrzā Khayr Allāh the muhandis or engineer.
The work is without a preface or introduction, beginning with the opening line of the first ghazal addressed to the sāqī.
Treatise on rhyme and prosody, endorsed on the first page (f. 139r) as Vāfiyah fī fann al-ʿurūz̤ va al-qāfiyah, which differs from the title stated in the author’s khātimah (f. 170r).
Treatise on innovative conceits in poetry or fann-i badīʿ.
The work consists of a dībāchah, muqaddimah, two faṣl, and a khātimah.
