Consists of the second volume only, continued until Jumādá I 1136 / 1724, equating to month 2 of ilāhī year 6 of Muḥammad Shāh's reign
Preceded at the beginning (ff i-vi) by notes by William Irvine, setting out in detail the author's career and biography.
Followed by a continuation copied in transliteration from a manuscript in the Library of the Royal Asiatic Society (ff 19); and thereafter by 27 folios of notes, genealogies etc in Irvine's hand.
