The chronogrammatic title ‘Jūsh-i fayz̤ ’also suggests the date of completion, 1249/1833-4
The work consists of a short preface followed by 140 letters in total, some of which relate to exchanges with and observations on European officers, while others mention the affairs of women in varied professions and social circumstances
