Large letter or manshūr with the seal of Fatḥ ʿAlī Shāh (dated 1217/1802) and invocation, mentioning the receipt of petitions from Gore Ouseley as ambassador and the military campaign in Baghdad (muhim-i Baghdād). Additionally mentions Muḥammad ʿAlī Mīrzā's appointment to the province of Khūzistān and Luristān and dealings with ʿAbd Allāh Pāshā regarding ʿAbd al-Raḥmān Pāshā and tensions in border regions
