Large letter or manshūr with the seal of Fatḥ ʿAlī Shāh (dated 1217/1802) and invocation, instructing to his ministers, Mīrzā Muḥammad Shafīʿ the ṣadr-i aʿẓam or prime minister, Amīn al-Dawlah, and Ḥājī Muḥammad Ḥusayn Khān the mustawfī al-mamālik or state chancellor, to ratify and publish copies of the treaty or ʿaḥd'nāmah signed with Gore Ouseley as the English ambassador
