Begins: Basmala Iftitāḥ-i tārīkh-i jahāndārī va ibtidā-yi ẓafar va bakhtyārī ḥamd va sipās-i Ḥażrat-i Pādshāhī tavānad būd ki bar muqtażā-yi Qul Allāhumm Mālik al-Mulk sāḥat-i mamlakatash az samt-i taghyīr va zavāl maḥrūs va maṣūn ast
Ends: ki ba-barakat-i īshān īndu‘ā ki dar man ast mustajāb shavad va shuda bāshad Allāhumm Rabbanā ātinā fī l-dunyā ḥasana va fī l-ākhira ḥasana va qinā ‘azāb al-nār Intahà kalāmuh

Colophon, f. 397r, headed Házih khātima. Copied at Indore, and dated Rajab 1305/December 1887-January 1888.
Nasta‘līq. 17 lines. Red headings and text frames. White wove paper. 398 folios. 275 x 163 mm.; text area 176 x 100 mm. Half brown leather binding with red cloth. The present manuscript formerly belonged to Sir E. Denison Ross, translator of Tārīkh-i Rashīdī (see Storey, loc. cit.), and was later MS. 169 in the library of C.S. Mundy.
