A general treatise on medicine, part of which is an abridgement of the same author’s better-known Z̲akhīrah-'i Khvārazmshāhī. By Ismā‘īl ibn al-Ḥusayn al-Ḥasanī al-Jurjānī (d. 535/1136 or 531/1132). Text may well have been copied at roughly the same time as the second treatise in this volume.
A treatise in Arabic on medicine, composed by Masʿūd ibn Muḥammad al-Sanjarī (?) al-Ṭabīb, for Qāsim ibn ʿAvvāq ibn Jaʿfar, described as al-ʿAlīm al-ʿĀdil Ṣadr al-Dawlah va al-Dīn Malik al-Vuzarāʾ.
The work comprises three parts (fann), which are subdivided into sections (qism). 1: Muhayyāt al-ashyā’ allatī yata‘allaq (sic) bi-kulliyyāt al-ṭibb va rusūmihā l-taqarrubiyya: general principles of medicine. 2: Kayfiyyat al-a‘māl va l-ṣinā‘at al-muṭa‘allaqa bi-uṣūl al-ṭibb: necessary skills and operations. 3: Kamiyyat aqsām al-umūr al-munqasima inqisāman kulliyyan: the number of detailed aspects.
