Dated colophon (f. 71v): completed by Nūr al-Dīn Ḥusayn in the Muḥammadpūr area in Kūtlah Khvājah Ashraf adjacent to parganah Kalānawr (Punjab, India), Wednesday, 23 Rajab 1074/20 February 1664.
Small scribal nastaʿlīq, with Arabic quotations in red and frequently fully vocalised.
Folio 1 is a replacement leaf with a crude nastaʿlīq hand.
Frequent annotations in margins.
Folio 71 is imperfect.
Damaged binding with boards detached and folios unbound.
Fragile.
