Summary of Contents: Daftars I (item e) and II (item f) of the allegorical Ṣūfī Mas̲navī by "Rūmī" (d. 670/1271). Volume not dated, items dated separately. Illuminated headpieces, gilt rulings only on first folios of last two items. Rough scribal nastaʿlīq tending toward shikastah āmīz, except item c. Dense and detailed annotations and corrections in margins throughout. Stamped and Persian foliation. Lacking original binding. Binding damaged, detached boards (tooled reddish brown leather exterior embellished with medallions and outer bands of oxidised silver); doublures removed, exposing inner matter (Kaithi text). Dimensions of front and back boards does not match. Folios unbound; cropped, wormholes, later repairs. Condition very fragile.1. ff. 1v-5vItem a.

The author cites as one of his authorities the Timurid scholar and historian, ʿAbd al-Laṭīf the munshīʾ, whose work is praised as the accepted critical edition of the Mas̲navī in Hindūstān.
