1 copy of Nuzhat al-Arvāḥ by ʿAbd al-Vāḥid al-Ḥusaynī al-Bilgrāmī
Commentary on the Nuzhat al-Arvāḥof Rukn al-Dīn Ḥusayn ibn ʿĀlim ibn Abū al-Ḥasan al-Ḥusaynī al-Ghūrī known as Mīr Fakhr al-Sādāt al-Ḥusaynī(d. circa 720/1320), a well-known compendium on Sufism in refined prose and verse, by ʿAbd al-Vāḥid ibn Ibrāhīm ibn Khaṭīb al-Ḥusaynī al-Bilgrāmī "Shāhidī"(d. 1017/1608).
According to a concluding chronogrammatic poem, the commentary was completed in 985/1577-8.
Dated colophon (f. 237v): completed on the morning of 20 Ṣafar (year not entered). Datable to the late seventeenth century.
The last folio has been severely cropped.
Minute scribal naskh tending toward the bihārī script in parts.
Annotations and corrections.
Lacks binding.
Paper dust wrapper.
Folios detached a loose.
Lacuna between folios 152-153.
Severe wormholes; water stains; tears and creases.
Extremely fragile.
