Summary of Contents: A commentary in Persian ascribed in a note on f. 14r to Mullā Muʻīn Yazdī together with the Arabic text of Kashf al-faḍāʼiḥ al-Yūnānīyah wa-rashf al-naṣāʼiḥ al-īmānīyah by Suhrawardī, ʻUmar ibn Muḥammad, 1145-1234. The author may be identified with Muʻīn al-Dīn ʻAlī Yazdī, called Muʻallim-i Yazdī (d. 789/1387).The text begins on f. 14v preceded by an index on ff. 1v-13v in a different hand (nastaʻliq script).
f. 211; lacuna after f. 197; 19-23 lines to a page; neat naskhi; marginal comments; dated the last day of Zu al-Hijjah 1095 (7 Dec. 1684).

Additions: Folio 14r contains four seals and various notes including an inscription which records that the manuscript was purchased for [Rs] 15 in 1103 (1691). This inscription is placed adjacent to Muḥammad Hādī Ḥusaynī's seal of 1090 (1679) and may therefore indicate that he was the purchaser, perhaps from Sayyid Aẓhar Khān whose seal dated regnal year 23 of Shah ʻAlam (1649/50) is stamped at the top of the page.Seal(s):Binding

Folio 14r: oval seal of Rashīd Khān Ḥusaynī, 1118 (1706/7).
Folio 14r: rectangular seal of Muḥammad Ṭāhir 1190 (1776/77). There is also a damaged copy of this seal on f. 1r

Most likely belonged to Sayyid Aẓhar Khān and Muḥammad Hādī Ḥusaynī in the 17th century and to Rashīd Khān Ḥusaynī and Muḥammad Ṭāhir in the 18th century.
