A third collection of specimens of letters and official documents of all kinds, comprising, besides those branches mentioned in No. 2173, also samples of عهد‌نامه (capitulations), اجازت‌نامه (passports for the departure of envoys and ambassadors), شکایت‌نامه (complaints), etc. The compiler was İlyās of Anaṭolı. It begins with a صورت السجل thus: نقلت عن الأصل الصحيح بلا زيادة و النقصان الخ. There are inserted in this İnşā انشاء many official letters, especially several exchanged between the Sublime Porte and the English Ambassador, one dated AH 1008=AD 1599/1600, on fol. 97b; another, dated AH 1012=AD 1603/1604, on fol. 86b. There also appear earlier dates, for instance, AH 988=AD 1580, on fol. 85a; an عهد‌نامهٔ سلیمان خان, on fol. 65b (Süleymān I reigned AH 926-974 AD 1520-1566); and a صورت حکم شریف برای فتح مصر on fol. 72b.
