انشاء کمالپاشازاده, on fol. 17b, beginning بعد فتح الكلام بمفاتح التحيّة والسّلام بعد اداء ادعية المستطابه الخ. By Tācīzāde Muḥammed Efendi and Kemālpaşazāde. Both compilers must have been contemporaries; an İnşā of the former, dated AH 1048=AD 1638/1639, is noticed in Krafft, p. 29; see also W. Pertsch, p. 11; G. Flügel i. p. 290 (where letters of both writers are mentioned), and Rieu, p. 94. As to Kemālpaşazāde, he can by no means be identical with the poet of that name, who died AH 940 AD 1533/1534 (see above, Nos. 2151 and 2153), as in his İnşā انشاء here there appears the date AH 1030=AD 1621, in the last piece, styled صورت تذکره, and the same date is given again at the bottom of the page (fol. 30b). The two collections contain forms of official as well as familiar letters. On ff. 31-39 the usual counting tables (سیاقت نامه ورقم) are added. A few explanatory notes on the margin.
