An incomplete vocabulary of Persian infinitives with an interlinear Turkish paraphrase; but the latter unfortunately appears on the first nine leaves only; all the remaining leaves contain the bare list of Persian verbs arranged in alphabetical order and having a great resemblance to although much shorter than the first bab of the preceding läll älg. It begins with هشتنه and ends with the first infinitive, يرتق = آفريدن.

Another slightly defective copy of İbrāhīm Şāhidī's versified Persian-Turkish vocabulary, which was composed A. H. 920=A. D. 1514, see above, Nos. 1692-1696, and comp. besides the authorities quoted there, W. Pertsch, Berlin Persian Cat., pp. 208 and 209; Rieu, Turkish Cat., p. 139 sq., and Lagarde, Persische Studien, pp. 29-32. There are fifteen beyts wanting here at the beginning. The first beyt appearing here, on fol. 1a: خصوصا علم ربانی که سلطان جلال الدین دیمشدر مغز قرآن corresponds to Laud Or. 195 (No. 1692 above), fol. 28, 1. 8. Like the British Museum copy, Harl. 5454 (Rieu, p. 139), the present manuscript contains at the beginning of each ḳıṭʿa, the technical name of the metre and one or two Turkish beyts as example. Copied A. H. 1023= A. D. 1614, at Constantinople.
