A eulogistic notice of the appointment of Thakur Das Ji as Divan of Kahmir by Maharaja Ranbir Singh and some of his administrative acts. To some extent based on documents. Possibly never fully completed.. Author is one of the scribes of Thakur Das Ji, Divan of Kashmir, very possibly Kirpa Ram. Coarsely illuminated initial opening and illuminated borders throughout.
