Volume 2. Folio one, recto: Presented by Col Montieth Decr 4. 1830. The manuscript is uniform with that of the first volume, Codrington/Reade No 154. In Morley's catalogues the two are in the natural order, but in Codrington they have become reversed. Both of them have pasted inside the front cover the notice from Morley's printed catalogue referring to the other volume. A history of the Qajars, from the origin of the family to the end of AH 1233. Vol. II, gpoing up to 1221 Headings in red.
