Not completed. A number of gaps are left, intended for further inscriptions and plans or pictures of buildings. Folio one, recto: Presented by E. Elliot Esq March 5. 1831. Text lacks title. Sultan Singh states in the colophon that he wrote the inscriptions and the parts in nasta'liq. Written for Munshi Muhammad Hasan Sahib.
