Ends abrubtly, but Codrington/Reade No 199 continues directly from it and is uniform and by the same scribe. F1a: Presented by H.T. Colebrooke Esq Feby 7, 1824. A dictionary of Materia Medica. Vol. I. Preface and first five and part of the sixth chapter of the first part of the dictionary. The word Qarabidin (applied to works on materia medica) is mentioned in the preface, but is not the title. Headings in red. The colophon to vol. V implies that the patron for the whole manuscript was Mawlawi Sahib Nazir(?). (Bi-tawfiq-i Mawlawi Sahib Nazir?)
