Continues directly from vol. II, is in the same format, but perhaps not all written by the same scribe. Text ends in the middle of the page, with the completion of the section on simple drugs. Old continuous foliation runs from 702 to 1040. Flyleaves before and after text have note of Colebrooke's presentation, as on vol. II. Manuscript consists of the twentieth to the twenty-eighth chapter of the work. Headings in red.
