Folio one, recto, in ink: Presented by H.T. Colebrooke Feby 7 1824 Final blank folio, verso: similar note in pencil, upside down. Ethe No 2330, another copy of the work, may be by the same scribe, but, if so, the date given by Ethe, 1825, must be wrong. A work on Materia Medica. Scribe is said to be resident in Burdwan. Headings and punctuation in red.

Origin: Burdwan, apparently. 22 Rajab, regnal year 7 of Ahmad Shah. (sic, but this appears to be some months after Ahmad Shah's deposition in 1754.)
