Folio with text beginning on verso, recto: a) This book was purchased at Seringaputtun In July 1799 by David Price b) Note of purchase for twenty rupeesat Seringapatam by Rida Husain b. 'Ali Naqi Chuhra (?) from the library of the late Mufti Siraj al-Din Mahmud Khan with the approval of Hafiz allah Khan. Dated Muharram 1201. Beside this is the impression of the small rectangular seal of Rida Husain, with unclear date, possibly 1192. Headings and punctuation in red. Work is a Persian dictionary.
