F1a: Presented to the Oriental Translation Com- by Sir A Malet Bart Final folio of the work, recto: note of ownership of Shaikh Muhammad Rashid. Final folio, verso and the back flyleaves bear a number of notes and verses. Margins ruled in red. Red headings and punctuation. Text consists of model letters and phrases suitable for use in various situations. Written for the author's son, Rafi' al-Din Husain and other students.
