F1a, notes of acquisition(?) dated 1208? (1793-4?) and 1228 (1813. Final folio, verso: a) Ex libris C J Doyle A.D. 1820. b) Impression of small rectangular seal, not read. The MS ends with a long 'colophon' in verse, describing how it was made at the command of the Nawwab Intizam al-Mulk Amir al-Daulah Nusrat Jang, whose name was Haidar and that the gilding was carried out between 1 Rajab and the 'Id (at the end of Ramadan, presumably) in the year 1202 (7 April - 6 July 1788). Ruled margins. Headings in red. Each hemistich of the text has gilding around it. The initial opening has elaborate illumination.

Brown leather Indian binding with gilt stamped and painted arabesque decoration, the insided covers ornamented with inlaid gilt and coloured filigree work.
