Title: Gulistan.

The initial entry is written in the Library copy of Codrington. The manuscript is hardly anything like as early as A.H. 786. In the initial entry it is described as seventeentth-century. Inside front cover and f1a, notes, seemingly mostly accounts, naming a merchant; also the record of the birth of Mahmud on 14 Rajab 1273 (10 March 1857). Ruled margins in blue round central text; ruled margins in blue, gold and black enclosing text of the Bustan. Headings and punctuation in red. Illuminated initial opening. With the Bustan written in the margins.
