1 copy of An anthology of prose and poetry

The manuscript is formed of sections written in more than one hand and of varying formats. F1a: a) Signature of David Price. b) Note of price of 3 rupees. Three folios after the final poem contain prayers and recipes, including two formulae for colouring Bidri ware. Back flyleaf, verso: Couplet lamenting the death of Tipu Sultan dated A.H. 1214 (1799-1800), the text defective. Includes pieces by Zuhuri, Tughra'i Mashhadi, 'Urfi, Abu 'l-Fadl, Mir Walihi Qummi, Nizam al-Mulk, Nasira-yi Hamadani, Baba Afdal and many others. Red headings and punctuation in parts. Scribe for the first uniform section and again later: Ibn Sadr al-Din Muhammad Baqir al-'Aqili al-Adhami al-Imami al-Isfahani.
