Folio following text, recto: stamp, the name and date filled in in ink 'Presented to the ROYAL ASIATIC SOCIETY by John Romer Esq. I April 1837. Rendering into Persian of the Ibn al-Muqaffa''s Arabic rendering of the Fables if Bidpai. Headings and punctuation in red.
