The initial entry is written on a page inserted in the Library copy of Codrington, before p. 545. (Differs from those given by Rieu and Ethe.) Headings in red. Ruled margins and dividing panels. The written area sprinkled with gold. Six pages towards the middle have prayes written diagonally in the margins.
