Summary of Contents: دیوان نوا This MS. is described (f. 1 and f. 68b) as a collection of ghazals by Mír Nasr
Nawá, who received the title of Táju'sh-Shu'ará ("Crown of the Poets"). Begins:
زآن كنم حمد خالق یکتاكه زبان شد بحمد او گویا
حق حمدش کجا توان گفتن
قطره كى وصف گوید از دریا
The author was a native of Shíráz, as appears from the following verses (f. 21): بدار اکنون زشعر و شاعری دستکه جز غم حاصلی در شاعری نیستاگرچه چون نوا در ملک شیراز تورا همتا بگفتار دری نیستand f. 21: ای نوا گشتم جهانرا سر بسر هیچ ملکی خوشتر از شیراز نیست
The title Táju'sh-Shu'ará occurs in a verse on f. 20": تاج الشعرا چو نوا می نتوان گفت در عالم معنی جو تو صاحب هنری هست
