Summary of Contents: This manuscript contains commentary on the book of Aphorisms attributed to Hippocrates.

Original manuscript in the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library.

This is Ḥunayn ibn Isḥāq's Translation of Galen's commentary on the Hippocratic Aphorisms. The first several folios are missing, so it begins in the middle of comm. on lemma i. 15. The beginning of each Book is as follows: Bk2: 13a; Bk3: 44b; Bk4: 72b; Bk5: 111a; Bk6: 144a; Bk7: 161a.

The copy is unnamed.
