A neatly and clearly written copy of a Persian translation apparently by ʻAlī ibn Ḥasan Zavārī, علی بن حسن زواری who worked at least partly for Shāh Ṭahmāsp I (930-84/1524-76) of the Arabic commentary ascribed to the eleventh Imām Ḥasan al-ʻAskarī on Sūrahs 1 and 2•1-108, 154-73, 194-206, and most of verse 282
A leaf is missing between ff 1 andand another between ff 423 and 424
