First volume of the hagiographic account of the life and literary works of the Suhravardī Sufi, Bābā Naṣīb al-Dīn Kashmīrī(d. 1047/1637), by an author referring to himself as Bābā Naṣīb Kashmīrī, a student of Bābā Dāʾūd Khākī, and writing at a time when Mīrzā Ḥaydar Kāshgharī is Kashmir’s ruler.
