Treatise in refined prose interspersed with poetry describing and defining culinary terms for the instruction of the nation or qawm, arranged into nine sections termed bāb, by the poet Busḥāq Shīrāzī (d. 827/1424).
The work was written in imitation of treatises by Saʿdī Shīrāzī and ʿUbayd Zākānī.
