Systematic treatise on the importance of ethics in Sufism, by Ḥusayn [ibn Zīnat va Zayn] Kashmīrī, about whom little is known.
The treatise is divided into eighteen sections termed bāb.

Elegant naskh in ruled frames and initially stained text panels; Arabic passages and quotations overlined in red ink.
Paper wrapper.
Folios partially bound; cropped, water and fungal stains, wormholes.
Condition fragile.
Condition very poor, especially towards the end.
