Summary of Contents: Miscellaneous collection of lengthy excerpts from poetic anthologies and biographical entries on ancient and modern distinguished poets, in an oblong safīnah format. Volume not dated; datable to the third quarter of the eighteenth century. Scribal shikastah āmīz written obliquely in alternating orientations and columns by multiple hands. Not foliated. Lacking original binding. Binding damaged (tooled and painted brown leather, pasteboards missing), labelled. Folios mostly unbound, occasionally disordered with lacunae; cropped, creased, stained, wormholes, later repairs. Condition very fragile.
