Lexicographic selection by [Ḥakīm al-Ḥukamāʾ Ḥāz̲iq al-Mulk] Zakāʾ Allāh [Khān] ibn Isḥāq ibn Ismāʿīl al-Ṭabīb al-Dihlavī, based on the Qarābādīn or pharmacopoeia of the author’s father and grandfather.
Partially dated colophon (f. 151v): completed by ʿAbd Allāh in Shāhjahānābād, Saturday, 1257/1841.
Rough nastaʿlīq declining into a hand scarcely legible.
