The celebrated history of Amīr Taymūr (771-807/1370-1404) and Khalīl Sulṭān (807-814/1404-1411), completed first by Ibrāhīm Sulṭan, and then elaborated into his final form by Yazdī, and completed 828/1424-5. This copy was transcribed only four years after the author’s death

It is preceded by the iftitāḥ or muqaddimah, a genealogical account of the Turkish Khāns with a history of Chingīz Khān and his successors by Sharaf al-Dīn in 822/1419

Consists of 2 parts of differing dates: Part I (ff. 1-76), dated Burhānpūr, 12 Rabīʿ II 1023/22 May 1614; Part II (ff. 77-405), dated 7 Rabīʿ II 862/22 February 1458
